All of my issues that the medicine is not taking care of is all of the delusions I create and recreate into delusions themselves. I am not sure. What do u think? Idk

I think you need to rewrite this post but the other stuff you have been saying makes perfect sense. Whether or not a person is having a delusion is not a determination that can be made by the metaphorical blind i.e. normals. To allow that would be insanity.
Follow those leads as strange as they may seem, and as a wise friend of mine once said "May Your Lead Turn to Gold."

This is for the benefit of the blind. A word of caution perhaps. You are clueless as to that which you insult and ridicule. He has no grandiose ideas about his journey but rather he struggles mightily to make sense of what is apparently above your comprehension. There is great design in this universe and his destiny is a part of it.

I was trying to see if other people still experience delusions with their meds.
I just got out of the hospital and came to realize you can still have many symptoms while taking meds.
As my dr said they might not ever go away it's just finding ways to deal or cope with it as situations arise.

Well you aren't alone that's for sure. I've been on meds for about 5 months now but I still have "delusions." Mainly I believe I'm not actually human or from this dimension and that I'm supposed to die so I can go back to my homeland. People tell me it's a delusion but I really do believe it, so I'm not really convinced of that.

I don't believe that there is anyone in the world who is not delusional about something. I'm sure that from the perspective of any animal, the entire human race is insane.
Who's to say you aren't from another dimension?

give it some time and plenty of distractions, that usually helps the best.
