I know I need therapy at this point, but ###$ I can't even keep a flow of thought going for more then 20 seconds unless its deep. Earlier I had a deep flow of thought going. I realized that my reality consists of me thinking about stuff thats not in reality. To reword it, its like my thoughts distract me from reality. Most the thoughts are trying to sync me back into reality, but they are either not helping or they are causing it. The worst part about this is the flow of thought problem like I mentioned before. I wish I had my keyboard in front of me 20 minutes ago because you may have been able to understand this $#%^.

It is the same problem my wife is having. She has DDJ right now.
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them that are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28

You don't sound in the least bit psychotic to me. A psychotic person probably wouldn't be asking the question in the first place. Being out of touch with reality means their experience is not consistent with what is actually going on. Eg they might think they are jesus or think the cia is after them, and very unusual things of that kind.
If you are just struggling with your thought processes as you try to describe, you are just probably being over analytical and maybe worrying too much. Maybe you are being too introspective and would benefit more from paying attention to objectively observing how other people get on in the world and directing your focus externally rather than so internally.
It is good to examine your internal processes but a lot people need to learn how to do it. You can get better at this from therapy.

Hi. I have been diagnosed with episodes of psychosis. I could explain it maybe with examples.
1.- when you open several programs in your computer and it gets stuck...
2. when you have an image in your mind with an intention, and all of a sudden it repeats itself over and over without you having any control over it.
3. when i am on the bus, and i see people whom i think i know, and then i realize that i have seen them in the TV.
...anyway....what triggers all of this? stress, not sleeping enough, tiredness.
afte a couple of years of treatment, of which a minimal dosis of antipsychotics, i can recognize when i am starting an episode.....it helps, as a starting point. I still have a long way to go.
good luck!
