I've not slept much this weekend. Seven or eight hours Friday night. About two hours Saturday night. No naps in between. I'm writing essays. I'm not taking any classes. I'm just writing out thoughts on things and feeling like I've got solutions people ought to just love. My thoughts were racing when I was in bed waiting for sleep to come last night. This is all happening after a three-day subdepression last week. I hope this doesn't mean the medicine is losing its effectiveness.
I'm going to lie down for a nap in a few minutes whether I feel like it or not and try to get regulated.
