Will you share your story to help other women overcome depression?
For an article in a major women's magazine, we're featuring women who overcame depression but didn't have depression's typical sad feelings. Instead, they felt tired, cranky, or critical--and didn't realize depression was causing these feelings.
We'd like to feature women between the ages of 25 and 39 who have experienced a sub-type of depression (sych as dysthymia, depletion depression, irritable-hostile depression, or cyclothymia). Your story can inspire others to get the appropriate treatment.
To be considered for the article, please send a paragraph that describes your story--what you felt and how you figured out it was depression--as well as a snapshot of yourself to lucha81@aol.com. We won't use last names in the piece--only faces, first names, ages, and job descriptions ("chef," "marketing director," etc).
We look forward to hearing from you.
