I was diagnosed with cyclothymia and have been put on sertraline 50mg. I have so many things I want to know, I have ruined my life so many time in the past, will these tablets help me I have been on them just over a week and feel very calm all the time now. My questions are:
Will this change the way I react to situations i.e will I be able to be angry/happy?
Can I ever have a normal relationship?
Will the tiredness I feel subside?
Will I stay on medication forever?
Well that's just a few questions I have if anyone could help.

Hi, nikki! People react to meds in different ways. You're lucky if they started making you feel more calm this early, I think. If you get any trouble from them, you should tell the doc as soon as possible. Stick around, I'm sure someone who has experiece with this med will post.
