I've been recently diagnosed with cyclothymia, and I have tried Depakote and am now on Lamictal as well as Wellbutrin. Im struggling with the fact that I do not think anyone deserves to be burdened by me, yet I want to have a relationship. How do you tell someone when you start dating them? How do you deal with the battles inside your mind about yourself and your $#%^?...

Hi, Tiredmom. I think that the best way to tell someone about a problem like this is to come out and say it. It'd probably be best to see how they take it before you become too emotionally involved. I'm sure you'll find someone to love you for who you are.
