No matter what I do I just go back to my dark place. I try so hard but failed again..too much stress and no support in 3d .. no job.. nothing but pain .tired if the fight ...

For others that asked I'm 47 and started self harming at 13.. it's been a life long struggle

Hugs. That's incredibly stressful, I'm sorry you're feeling so dark atm. I constantly worry about the job I have, losing it. I feel the same as you, I understand. Get so tired of struggling with stress and anxiety. I have a few years on you. If you're like me you're thinking I'm too old for this $#%^, how much can a body stand? We just have to hang in there.

Ya ,,well I quit a job after 13 years cause they didn't pay me well...so..gee what a smart idea,,NOT...I was feeling d up at that place and my emotions won instead of securing a new job..Brilliant!!!
My physical pain is driving me off the edge ...no money = no doctors to help..no way to fight my disease,, I freaked out and made the comments,how am I gonna do this?!' ..do you know th e answer! Said v I was wonder woman..I'm too tired to be wonder women.. I quit....so stressed

Well hopefully something will come along, sweetie. You're not the first, and won't be the last, to do something like that. I've wanted to so many times.

Thank you so much for your kind words. It was turning into a very negative place for me to be. My last day is Friday..I think once that day is over I can relax,,I hope I'm out of anxiety meds so th a t s not helpful.it's very difficult to stay at a job for weeks once I resigned. I was given a contract but said no..but I had made a commitment and since I'm a teacher I wanted to see the job through.. I hide all my emotions and just get in th d car and cry...I have had several job interviews but it's just been so overwhelming.. maybe some time off will help..I'd.. I'm all over the place bad can't seem to make any decisions..I started cutting again after about 6 months..I just couldn't deal...sad ...I'm home more and it scares me ,,it's easy for me to slip into my dark place and before you know it I have not showered or changed in days..plus I'm home alone....it's just no ttc good for me right now.

I know how you feel. My workplace is quite dysfunctional and toxic isn't too strong a word. It's very emotionally debilitating, especially when you are prone to anxiety as we are - I'm not on meds, but I ought to be. Work related issues must be, on the surface anyway, 95% of my self harm triggers. So I sympathize.

I hate job interviews. Bad enough when you've not put in a notice at another place

I think living alone it's really easy to slip into... Strange, at the least, if not dark- modes of thought. If you feel the walls closing in sweetie, try to at least get out of the house a little. Being around people makes my thoughts a darn sight less disturbing. Hugs...

The urges are so strong. I can’t stop thinking about killing myself. There is no point to staying alive. Yes I know I need to reach out in 3D or go to A&E and so on, but what’s the point? No one believes me anyway.

Urges are really strong again. I don’t want to reach out in 3D. I just want to act on the urge, but I guess ..... I’m here posting. I so desperately want to act on the urge though
