Thank you Casper! At least, as Snaga said, there isnt too long left to go. Hugs to you and anyone else who wants or needs them.

Popping by with hugs for anyone who might need some.

Things have been going really well for the past week or 2.
I put my 'tool' away so it gives me time to think before i act and its really helping. I also have a picture of someone i love close to it which is also a help.
My counsellor asked me to get rid of it completely but i cant do that, i would just find other ways and they may be worse so im doing the best i can.

Hoping everyone else is managing as best they can.

I don't think it's unreasonable to want to keep your tool close- like a security blanket? It's like, "I can do it when I want. I just choose... not to, right now...."

I'm cool with that.

Things sound good for you atm! Great! :)

I like the idea of keeping a picture of a loved one close. I think sometimes, that's we all need. To be reminded that there is something to live for.

Feeling angry for an unknown reason, but I think I'm just going to listen to music to calm me down.

Music sometimes helps calm me too. Did it work?

I hope this finds you feeling better, hugs

Just wanted to pop in with hugs for anyone who wants them.

I'm doing pretty good, I've had a few slip ups but nothing bad.
