that is excellent news, WW! So glad to hear that.

I... have been flirting with light burning, lately- nothing too severe, although it easily could be a bit more, if I wasn't careful. So.. obviously I ought not to.

When I was at my height, I had this strange notion that no one would notice- I mean, the body is a middle aged codger... but... mmm I've had people see my arms and be like "Those are burns!" Where I no longer tan. Le sigh. I mumble something about work, and let it go.

That... helps keep me from doing it- knowing that people will notice.

Thank you.
I know what you mean about others noticing, that helps me sometimes too. I hope you are able to stop again. I know its hard but i also know it gets easier. Hugs!

ive had a lot of thoughts but am managing to ignore them for the most part.

The hell you say. But yes we hadn't done anything since then. But if it leaves a mark, it's too much.

I hear ya, Willow. I'm the same way; I've had to fight extremely hard, lately and I'm barely hanging in. December is never a good month for me and this year only makes it worse, as much as my social anxiety is making me happy that the whole Christmas visiting thing is cancelled.

Just know you're not alone.
