This hasn't happened in so long [TW]

I'm sitting in my room and I feel the biggest urge to cut I've had in a really long time. My sin feels like it's too tight and I can't ######6 take it. Soembody please help me, I've been staying almost completely clean for a long while, and when i start i cant stop but it's just overwhelming me. I'm not evenb upset what's wrong with me??
Meds: clonazepam 1mg, wellbutrin xr 450mg, adderall 40mg, ambien 10mg, 200mg lamictal
Dx: AvPD, unspecified bipolar, GAD, ADHD, panic disorder, and some nos schizophrenic spectrum disorder thing

It was a bad night

I did really bad. i cant really remember that headspace. i feel weird but good right now I almost had a panic attack this morning. I'm not sure what's going on
after i relapsed, i can't stop the feeling in my arms like my skin is too tight. i can't take this i hate it. when it stops it never ends ]

I'm sorry you're having a tough time. Hoping you are safe.

Would journalling thoughts help you? I have trouble working out the headspace I was in when it happens frequently too. When I can't remember what happened, sometimes working out where I was before and after with it can give me a bit of an idea.

Please get your wounds checked out if they need it.
