Cult?

Can a Cult include such things as a WAY of Thinking that Spreads over the Internet....

Can a Cult be advising parents that ONLY ONE method of therapy for a child will heal the child?

Can it be Cult like for certain Therapists to join the Group and use unfounded, unvalidated, unproven therapy methods and join together to make a network...

Can it be Cult like to be told that all other problems a child has cannot be helped until the "certain" problem is healed and with only a certain method of treatment--which is strange and not respected by normal therapists

In some way's almost anything can be precieved as cult....a group of worker's. School, a sport's team ect.

As long as people are ignorant to the truth they will be supseptable to being brainwashed by lies. It doesn't matter how they spread these lies just that they still do.

Look at Scientology, they own a movie production company and Earthlink. Don't you think that they use these items to their benefit any chance they can.

I believe there are many adoptive parents OUT HERE willing to do anything to help a hurt child heal... We are given the treatment methods used for the ordinary bio-brat and expect these things to work.

When it all fails partly because the professionals never talk to each other and all think they have the answer--eventually we come to a point where our only option is to suffer--or sign over our parental rights to the state.

The RAD Cult or groups offering to help families ReHome a child are a last resort-and we might feel willing to do anything to help a child heal... It scares me to think my family is at the end of the road for helping our daughter and my options are to hurt her more by giving up on her or trying to do things i don't believe in my soul could possibly be right.

I wish there were someplace that provided WHOLE family help when we willingly take a hurt child and make them our own.
