The CBT exercise called the TEA form helped me get off meds and feel great. I have been using them for years and they have given me my life back. The book Been there, Done that? DO THIS! by Sam Obitz
http://tao3.com outlines the exercise well and is a quick read.

I put the link to the book I learned the TEA form exercise in for anyone interested. TEA forms are a thought countering exercise where you take your anxiety causing thoughts then identify the thinking errors in them and then analyze and correct them so they no longer cause more anxiety for you.
