The situation will not change because of what you are tormented by feelings. From the strong feelings that hurt you, you will only get worse but nothing will change. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce this pain. I say this because often a person does not want it, because it seems to him that if he begins to calm down, it will be like a betrayal of yourself. In fact, if you start to purposefully reduce the intensity of feelings, if you start to calm down, then you will be calmer, but the feelings will not go away. It seems they go into the shadows, but they still stay with you. But they don't hurt you anymore.
