After I first suffering with the symptoms of CD, I had to drop out of uni as it was too far away from home etc and was just too difficult. But a few years later, Ive plucked up the courage to give it another go, and Ive just been accepted by the uni I really wanted to go to! From what people have said on here, I get the impression I may not suffer with my symptoms quite as much as most of you, Im not confined to a wheelchair most of the time for example, but I thought Id put my bit of good news on here to show that CD doesnt need to hold us back! The uni are aware of the problems I have and are prepared to help in any way they can as well, which is great!
