Hi Kevin,

I think (and hope) she'll understand what is / has been going on. It's just difficult for us to deal with in the moment. I think the therapy will improve things, and I am more than open to seeing a psychiatrist for any medication that would help matters as well.

Thanks again,

Bill

Bill, you've done everything right since your first post. You'll be fine, and you and your partner will live a great life together. It's 'onwards and upwards' for you from now on. You seem to have developed an optimistic view regarding this whole thing - Keep it up.

Well, I'm glad I found this site. It's good to get things out in the open and see that there is hope. I know things won't get back to normal (whatever that really is) immediately, but I have an open mind and know what I have to do. It's good to see others who are determined to stop their own patterns on this forum as well. I knew I wasn't alone, but sometimes it just feels that way.

Lots of people feel alone with their problems until they come here and see the large amount of diverse problems that others are suffering from. I have Asperger's Syndrome and, before I found this website, I thought that I was insane and no-one else in the world was like me. As it turns out, there are many like me. Let's face it: None of us like feeling alone.

Take care,
Kevin
