How lies ruin you- how Truth sets you free

A person can tell a lie, live a lie, or believe a lie. The amount of lies you allow in your life will determine the extent of crazy you become.
Lies are not real, so telling them about yourself means that the real you literally doesn't exist. There is no you, no one to trust.... to love.... to believe in. You are a shadow. You cant even love yourself cuz you dont know who you are. Its the same with living a lie- you dont exist. Believing a lie just means you are living in something that doesn't exist. It is literally crazy making. Its a builder of anxiety and of fear.

There is no self without truth.
The true self is build on values. Values are rules you have for yourself. Liars have no rules for themselves so they have no self. They literally dont exist in a spiritual sense because of this.
The good thing about this....probably the only good thing is you can start your life any day you want. You can begin to build a self any day you choose. If you establish a rule for yourself , that is the beginning of self. Start with the rule. I will not lie. I do not want to be a liar. Then follow it, the more you follow this rule, the stronger your self, the easier it becomes, the less you fear. You are building- with each truth you build.
Be ok with mistakes. All people are perfectly IMPerfect. Being REAL ,honest,& truthful is a gift you give yourself. Something you have control over , a good reputation, You can build that for yourself by simply telling one truth at a time . Take the chance to build truth, to be accepted for who you are. Risk being loved despite being imperfect - it is the best kind love. It is unconditional.

If you lie, you will never know love. Because to know love you must exist, and real love exists despite faults that is what makes it love. Being loved despite our imperfections. You cant know it unless you become vulnerable and choose to be honest about who you are. You can do it.
