Compulsive Liars; What are your opinions on lying?

I've read a lot about what people who don't have Compulsive lying and their views on Compulsive lying, so I'm wanting to know your opinions.

If you have a minute, I would really appreciate you telling me what your opinions are on lying as a whole, and lying when it comes to you having no control over it.

I am a compulsive liar. I have been lying since I was 10 years old. I am 26 years now. So I have been doing to conceal my living condition. I didn't want to taken away from my mom and placed in foster care. So it became a natural habit to me. I still lie but I have been caught lying countless times. I wasn't even aware I was lying and I believed my own lies. I hate telling the truth it is more comfortable to lie when I could easily lie. I am very good at it actually. My acholism and occasional drug use has made it 20 x worse. I don't know if I can stop fully. But I tell the truth maybe 60-70% of the rest are lies. Maybe even less then that.
