Lying in extreme situations?

i find myself lying even during times it may completely sabotage everything or make things worse for me. i could easily see myself in a serious situation (speaking to police for example) yet still lying about small details or even making things up without noticing.

anyone else have this problem?

I have a major problem with lying.
It has ruined all my relationships and friendships.
I lie about everything, its as if its almost like a reflex and I automatically do it without remorse or concern... Its very toxic and I am sick of it, Do you share the same experience and feeling?

i can relate, for me its something uncontrollable and destructive. but i do feel bad about it when i have lied and it does concern me a bit, especially if it makes people distrust me when i telling the truth
