Help me, I am ruining my life and my relationship

I just keep on lying and I dont know why, I look at porn all the time and lie about it and she knows and now she is threatning to leave me....she says that I am not happy with how she looks and who she is...I am, I really am...I really need help...I dont know how much longer I can handle this...I am so depressed right now.

Well, you have to become very very self-aware & conscious whenever you're about to speak & while speaking. Every time you're about to start talking just stop your mind for 1 full second and remind yourself of your commitment to truth. You have to keep reminding yourself like that over and over again to break the lying habit.
