Lied about depression, sexuality and self harm

I've lied to my friends for months that I have mental disorders including depression and an eating disorder (neither of which I have) and I told them that I self harm because I'm bisexual and was worrying about being judged. (Lie). I've told my girlfriend I'm recovering (there is nothing to recover from) but I said that I relapse and cut sometimes. I even did an online depression test, put in fake answers, and posted the fake results which accused me of depression, bipolar disorder and eating disorders on my Instagram page with hundreds of followers. I got a lot of attention. Attention is why I lie so muxh. But I realized how much I've deceived my friends and family but now I can't tell them I lied or I would be outcast.. but I can't stop lying. PLEASE HELP.

Talk to a professional. My best friend lied to me about a lot of things (being extremely sick, trying to commit suicide, etc.) and i found out from his girlfriend, he didn't even tell me himself. A professional like a counsellor or psychologist or something may have seen cases like this before and have some better idea of how to help you figure out how to tell your friends and family. They may even diagnose you with some kind of mental health problem and be able to help you if there is some kind of underlying reason for the lying (my friend was diagnosed with depression and anxiety and given medication and a treatment plan to help with that)
