help me please

I am a compulsive liar and seriously need help. I've lied my whole life and it's time to stop. Therapy didn't work cause I lied to her too. I've lied to everyone close to me and hurt so many people in my life. I am in love with a amazing woman who I can't loose but my lying is ruining my relationship. I recently got custody of my two kids and they lie too which adds more strain to our relationship. I am willing to try anything to stop but I fear I can't win her trust back. I don't really know why I do it. It just comes out so naturally. I've tried to stop but cant. I'm running out of time and options.

Lead by example with your kids, if they see you trying to fix your issue maybe they will follow your lead.
As far as gaining her trust back, that takes time. You can't force it or speed it up. Actions speak louder then words. If you show her she can trust you she will start to again.

Thanks colt. I've read the guides and they definitely helped. I've gone 2 days without lying to her. Other people I'm still slipping a little though but I need to start somewhere. I'm planning on renewing my faith in God on Sunday too. I am going to meet with the pastor after service. I hope it's not to late to save my relationship. She is such a beautiful woman and means so much to me.
