Lying is natural for me. I lie about things i dont need to lie about & i havent found the reason(s) why. Do i enjoy the thrill of it? Am I that self concious about myself? Is there a underlining reason as to why I lie? I have no idea. What i do know is that I need help with it. I need to recover a relationship & I cannot do that without doing this for me first. Im not sure where to start, alk I know is that im a compulsive liar who need help figuring out why.

Thank you, After reading that its help me on my start to figure out the reasons why im lying. So.how do you change that? Just know the reasons why then try not to lie? I feel.like there is more to it, more to actually understanding and stopping all the lies. How you do you fix the reasons on why.your lying?

Hi Cassie,
There are no quick fix/ cookie cutter answers to that question and why it took me a year to research and create a Lying Addiction Recovery Kit which addresses the issue in depth. Click on my name and you will find my website which will take you to the Recovery Kit page.

Agreed. It will take hard work, effort, swallowing of a lot of pride, shame, and most of all- commitment on your behalf.
