am i psycologicly scared??

i had a really bad childhood,
my mum and dad slip up and they didn't tell me,
my mum got a new boyfriend who used to be quiet violent towards us
i was brought up not knwing rite from wrong,
my area was really rough.
and now im a wreak, i cant controll my anger, im 14 and still have temper tantrums,
i think aliens r following me and i dnt understand myself r other ppl.
i really need advive so plz help
