Letter to abuser

Hey guys i am just wondering if anyone has had to write a letter to there abuser? I have to write for my next psychologist session. I thought it would be quite easy but i see its going to be hard and painful

No, but I imagine that going through such a thing could be extremely painful ...
I would be very interested as to where your Psychologist wants to take you after that (the next step ..)
