Adult bully

I am a women in my early 50's and now live on my own. My business is managing vacational rentals one of which i own and have done for over 5 years.

I also manage a property on behalf of another lady owner on the same estate. I have known for a while that her next door neighbour and mine has been bullying her. Well i am not sure you can call it that. He always waits till her visitors have gone and she is on her own and then he goes over to talk to her in the garden and although starts the conversation with just general chit chat, he then launches into accusing her of all sorts of things.

He has never really bothered me much although i have had the odd heated discussion with him but on the whole he has past the time of day with me and pleasantries. I was visiting the house last week and my partner/boy friend came to stay with me and we discovered he had been telling her guests to park outside my garage. We saw nothing of him or his wife and far as i am aware then never came out of their house.

Then my partner returned home and within twelve hours my neighbour came knocking at my door. First he just talked about the drains and it was just general chat and then he turned nasty within seconds. He asked me if I was still managing the other ladies house and i replied yes, he then launched into a stream of abuse calling me a fowl women who had a terrible reputation and he when i tried to ask him why he was telling people to park in front of my garage he held his hands up to his ears and said my voice got on his nerves and it gave him a terrible head ache.

I told him he should watch what he said to me and shut the door on him.

Unknown to me he has reported me to the police for threatening him which i totally shocked by.

I am now scared as to what he will do next1

that guy seems crazy. Why don't you report this to the police as well? or did you already do that? if others are bullied by him as well, you are stronger
