Bullying neighbors

For three years I was bullied by my back neighbors. Then I moved to take care of my Mother. She is now nearing end of life, and I will be returning to my previous home, back around the bullies. I don’t have the financial ability to do otherwise. Does anyone have any ideas for how to approach a neighborhood that has grown over the last 12+ years but still contains these two married bullies? I could get into detail, but the list is really long, and my memory is not too good. I have reached the point where I don’t use my back yard or back porch. But, there is now a new neighbor that I have met and get along well with that looks directly onto my home. More eyes, more security. It’s just late at night, those two could still do things. They even tried to kill my dogs. I’ve tried EMDR. No luck. I’m trying another T with more EMDR, will see if this helps any. Anyway, would appreciate any thoughts.

Are you able to consider putting cameras up? Wyze makes some very affordable IP cameras- they do require to be plugged into the mains via a USB charger, but they have both cloud and in-camera (SD card) storage.
