Aggressive Aggressive!

Postby Manners73 » Sun Feb 23, 2020 7:48 pm

I know a lot of people are passive aggressive but I'm aggressive aggressive.

I leave the passive part out of it because I just think it's only fair that people are 100% clear that I am for certain directing my aggressiveness towards them.

I've actually never seen this as an issue for me personally but I have been called a bully for it.

In my experience I see passive aggressiveness as bullying.

I'm actually working on being kinder to be honest. I feel its the only way forward for me.

Same here. I prize the lack of ambiguity, although being so straightforward makes one vulnerable. It is this vulnerability which is cunningly sidestepped by passive-aggressives.

I'm only aggressive as a response when I feel that someone is trying to take advantage of me. At such times, I am so aggressive that it alarms bystanders.

Yes. To me, passive-aggressives are trying to get away with being mean without anyone but their intended victim noticing. In my eyes, passive-aggressives have abandoned their humanity.

You are wise. I am not yet ready to be this way, to think this way, and do not know if I ever can be. It requires a large heart. My heart is small.

Good luck. I feel that kindness suits you. Very much so.

i think there is no one way to live life. it depends on the situation. being aggressive takes a lot of energy. 'pick your battles'

once i was walking down the street n bumped into 2 people walking from the other side n one guy grabbed my collar n was about to beat me. since i am super skinny, i apologized my way out of them. a moment later another pedestrian gestured to me that those 2 people were probably drunk.

glad i apologized my way out of it cause a fight could've cost me my life.

like i said it all depends on situation. if someone is beating my child, i wont stand nearby n reason with the person. i'd save my child.
