At my works there a man and we get on OK. We're a similar age and we can have a laugh sometimes.
Anyway, every now and then I can go too far with a joke and he has on occasion turned really aggressive with me. The first time he accused me of being a racist and then there was another time he turned as well. He's a big fellow of over 6 feet tall and he did scare me on both occasions. On the second time after we had made our peace he came to my desk and told me that its sexual frustration with him and that's why he becomes aggressive towards me. So with this I decided to keep away from him because I don't want to be part of his sexual aggression.
Anyway the other day my manager wanted to know why I won't deal with him anymore. She's not my biggest fan anyway so I wasn't surprised at her accusatory tone so I just said "it's because he turns on me"
Anyway this played on my mind a bit so the next day I told my MD the reason I can't deal with him anymore is because of what he said about sexual tension being the cause of his aggression towards me.
I told my Foster dad about all of this and he said that I've been bullied.
Is it possible to be bullied but not to feel bullied?
I actually felt more bullied by my managers accusatory tone in the way she spoke to me.
My MD asked me if I wanted her to speak to him but I said no and that I just want people to understand why I can't work with him. She told me he's been reported before.

I am sorry for this. I read your post, it sounds good that you keep away from him. Maybe you can talk to someone in human resources about this?

Human resources has got zero human resources if you ask me. I've had hust as many problems with her.
I had to go over hr head in fact. I told MD about the situation and why I couldn't work with this person. It's sorted now.
Thank you.
