I'm being bullied by two old ladies here at the home

I and other residents smoke in the communal garden at this residential home. During the day that works without a problem, but come to night time and two ladies who both have dementia to some extent moan everytime l or a friend want to go into the garden for a #######1. One of them even locked me out in the garden until a member of staff told he she was t allow to do it.

Not okay for any of you.. including the elderly ladies that are being really difficult for you.

If they're being disturbed every time anyone goes outside for a smoke at nighttime, can they possibly be moved so they're in a part of the building where they won't be disturbed?

Staff would obviously have to be careful, since moving someone with dementia to a different location can be difficult for them.. but perhaps that could be a helpful solution if staff plan and do it properly xx
