How to make it stop?

Okay, so I've been bullied ever since I was like 6. When. *mod edit* It started again after what, 3 weeks of school? Like, when I laugh one girl turned around a few days ago and yelled very loudly: "RACHEL COULD YOU STOP LAUGHING ITS SOOOOO ANOYING!" And nobody ever said something about it, not even my friends. I just wonder what I did to them, and how to make it stop.
Does anyone know how to majke it stop? i've talked to a teacher but it didn't help.

I recommend to talk about it with your parents and then, they should talk to the teacher about it. Or talk about it with said girl in private and try get an explanation from her.
