The death of my father was a shock and traumatized me. It changed my life and I am still in shock. It also made me very sensitive and vulnerable for teasing and bullying. I feel easily offended and defenseless.
I have intrusive thoughts like flashbacks about every negative situation I lived or could live and it feels so real. It´s like being bullied all the time.
This is why I am not leaving my home so often.
I hope someone can please help me.

Offering you hugs, if wanted. Do you any type of support such as friends, family or even a therapist or counselor? I would recommend to turn to someone like that in a time like this. Not everyone will tease or bully. But I understand how it can be easy to get offended or feel defenseless. Hang in there. And I hope that you feel better with time. Keep us updated to how you are doing. Take care.
