A rather shocking insight into a minority groups daily battle to live in a still bigoted society..

The figures for bullying amongst other minority groups are sadly no better..


Thank-fully some places are getting there in terms of teaching acceptance and diversity but many still have a long long way to go..

Have you been bullied yourself for your sexuality..?

I was bullied viciously throughout middle and high school because I expressed myself differently with both my Asperger's Syndrome and bi-curiosity. For instance, I was called gay for both for passing the basketball wrong in P.E. and standing up in a laid back way in which my torso kind of pushed out a bit since I am relatively tall. Another reason a was bullied mercilessly was because of my bad habit of falling asleep in class because of some hard medication I was taking at the time; sometimes I'd even drool on myself. While I was asleep, people would steel things from me, slam my desk, and even punch me. There was this one time in gym class where we all had the day off and so I decided to take a nap on the bleachers, and one punk came up and attempted to punch me in the groin and he punched me in the knee.

Yeah, bullying is never cool and is a classless way to get any sort of attention.

I wish certain people would recognize that.
