I was woundering when people who suffer from Bulimia actually throw up. I mean do they eat then throw up immediatly after or do they wait until the food turns into proper lumpy sick?
I am asking this because I have noticed my friend is ALWAYS going to the toilets at school. I mean like abnormally and she is gets so down over her weight and self harms because of it. And I want to help but I just need to know whether or not she is sicking food up. So when exactly do people suffering from Bulimia throw up? x

I do it pretty much right after eating. I eat, then drink between half a liter and a liter of water, then head to the toilet.

You should just ask her, straight out, if she thinks she might have an eating disorder, but make sure she knows before that you're going to support her and be there for her if she confides in you. There's nothign worse than opening up to someone and then having them decide they don't want to deal with you anymore.
