Help

Hello , I am quite new to htis asking for help online thing but well this is my last resort everything is out of controle I really do not know what to do child protection services have entered my life now it's has been a year alwmost and they just seem to make matters worst I started out not eating at all then I was hospitalised for about 2 months I was let out and then I started making myself sick once a day now I have been struggling with anorexia and bulimia for about 6 years I am at a lost in this hole situation and I really could use your help I make myself sick about 5 to 6 time daily now and it is scaring me a lot I just can't stop
please help me
