I got pregnant (don't do that), purging was no longer an option because I believed it could harm the baby. . this is what I needed. At last I had the courage to stop the purging. I reasoned with myself that if I got fat it wouldn't be that noticeable anyway because I was pregnant.
So I stopped purging, and IMMEDIATELY my obsession with food stopped. There was no weight gain at all, in fact the doctors were concerned when I was around seven months pregnant that I hadn't gained enough weight.
If you stop purging you WILL NOT GET FAT.
