Meds and purging

Does anyone know how long it takes for meds to dissolve before I end up purging them up...I mean I am trying NOT to do this but it's a part of my life that I am dealing with in therapsy..It just so happens that Ijust can't help it right now!!! Thanks for any info,

I assume you mean to purge by vomitting? Anyway, if you must purge, then just take your medication afterwards when they will actually have a chance to become absorbed.

To answer your question though, food usually takes 4 hours to pass from your stomach to your duodenum (the first part of your small intestine). If you're just eating the tablets on their own with water though, it'll take much less.
