Can Anyone else purge with using only there throat muscles ?

on friday i got out of the hospital. I was in the Eating disorder hospital for 4 months and the entire time I purged. They make you count in the bathroom out loud but in between counting i could purge without using my hands silently.

I am not promoting. I am struggling and i want to know if others can relate. If it is promoting then i am sorry.

Ok I am glad you aren't promoting it. The wording made me a little nervous so I had to make it clear that we don't allow proED stuff on this site.

Next time you're in the hospital you need to be up front with them and explain that you can purge hands free. The only way you'll recover is by being completely honest.
