I am attempting to recover now... I have seen my doctor. She prescribed Prozac and asked me to see a therapist... I haven't done this yet. I am avoiding it. She saw me again two days ago and basically said to start the process.... I want to, and I am willing to go to therapy, but I am terrified of gaining weight. For those who have recovered, can anyone give me an idea of what to expect? If I eat healthily and exercise what kind of weight should I gain? Any feedback would be helpful! Thanks

Hey,
You actually stand a good chance of losing weight by eating normally and exercising together. When you eat, your metabolism is raised (in order to break-down the foods). If you then continue to eat regularly, your metabolism is constantly at a higher level than it woud be if you were starved.
I could go on explaining it forever but basically you stand a better chance to lose weight by eating regularly and exercising.
Kevin.
