BPD females, quick question *May Trigger*

I don't think it's quite as simple as that. Controlling people can't be blamed solely on a condition, nor is it something we intentionally try to do. I can't speak for everyone, but in my experience as someone with BPD I often feel as though I'm controlled by my emotions. I feel as though I have very little control over anything in my life and sometimes I make dumb choices. I never intend to hurt, manipulate or control anyone else but sometimes my behaviour can appear that way. Sometimes when people feel powerless they try to regain that power any way they can.
