lack of services

I saw my therapist today. He said i need a long term partial and we dont have any in my area. am going to a partial but its not what i need. Im high functioning and they teach u how to take meds and color. There is nothing in my area. Im chronically suicidal and just cant take it any more. Im gonna end up in the hospital just because we dont have the right services.

Is there a way you can see your therapist more often? What are your stress levels? Is there anything you can cut out of your life right now? School, work? Maybe getting someone else to clean the house or mow the lawn?
