tactile hallcuinations

Postby thefool » Sun Dec 04, 2011 4:55 am

Okay, for years and years i thought this was anxiety and was used to it but crawling skin all the time is apparently tactile hallucinations. My friend, a social worker told me today and i looked it up. Who else has these or can tell me more ?

How do you mean? Do you see things moving and crawling on your skin? Or you mean you feel something crawling on your skin?

I always get this feeling of something moving along my skin, like spiders. Then I'll jump up from where I'm sitting and search around where I was sat, to see if anything was there, but there never is xD

I get skin tingling or crawling just prior to anxiety based bouts of dissociation
Self awareness doesn't reveal my indiscretions, exhaustion does.
