Therapist SPLIT Black (F Him)

BLACK AND NEVER GOING BACK. I don't know how to caps lock on my bberry but I'm SCREAMING this whole post. He is ######6 fraud, ######6 asshole can take his ######6 #######4 and shove it where the sun don't shine. I don't need to be dumping all this ######6 money into therapy for his ######6 useless ass.

And he admits he ###$ up the session and then wants to talk about how he ######6 feels about it. GET YOUR OWN MOTHER ######6 THERAPIST mother #####&.

I can take care of my own damn self you worthless piece of scum.

I know how your feeling.

My therapist yelled at me today. Well not yelled but was firm with me and it really triggered me.

Saying she was sick of being the middle of me and my mom. When she well knows that isn't my fault. She usually is very good. But It made me feel like she was gonna quite on me. Which Is something I've never felt from a therapist.

She also told me she hadn't had sex in a while when I was talking about my sexual life.

She crossed some lines today

On a side note, sounds like once you go black you indeed do not "ever go back",.. at least not whereas you're concerned!

I try to look for the light in all things like this; lucky for us the light shines most brightly in the dark.

Suffice to say this doctor is now useless to you? So chuck him both litterally and mentally. Lick your wounds, heal, and then move on. Had you ever considered adopting a "NEXT!" attitude in regards to professionals? You are in law, correct? They are our servants, and it's often good to remind both them and yourself of that.

I get you're venting -- but after you're through with that you may want to consider saying 'screw him' and moving on.

I've found the advantage of this is you can avoid the 'black' trap entirely. Why give him that power? You're validating, and giving him power over you in your mind when he's a useless resource to you...

Scrap him entirely, he's nothing, hey? Why waste your emotion on yesterdays trash...
