Not Good - Over a Month's Wait and in Crisis

I have to move out of state and there's a month wait for any services in the town I'm moving to.

Hi,

Can you attend any group meetings in the new area? They should be free and the feeling of support can be immense in them. Alternatively, spend time online in places like this. The support in these places might seem minimal but, over a period of time, can also be immense.
