Help with dissociation

Postby xxpopexx » Sun Sep 18, 2011 6:36 am

Hi I've had bad disassociation for a while, sometimes even my eyes blur, or I see myself from above. I was pinching myself to deal with it before but I read this and found it really helpful. Today I'm the happiest I've been in a long time got up the motivation to workout and meditate. What helped was trying to "process my terror". I guess it helped me from getting ovewhelmed and gave me a sense of self :) .

There's no quick fix but I just wanted to share because it helped "today" tremendously.

heres the link that helped me I didn't read his experience cus I didn't want any more symptoms than i have lol but here : http://inspirepub.hubpages.com/hub/Find ... ssociation

Thank you for sharing :) I skimmed over the article and learned a few things already, so I'll read it properly when I have more time.
