Wanted to ask the community if you take any herbal supplements to help with the disorder, either in conjunction with your pysch meds or not.
Some herbals to help with depression, for example, St. John's Wort. I've tried Kava Kava in the past and found it pretty calming unless I was in crisis. Also I've used Ginkgo biloba in the past as well.
Anyone have any herbals or home remedies to share?

All of my pdocs have been pro-Omega 3 Oils. Commonly called "fish oils". They're pretty good, but they're horse-size pills.
And sometimes you burp and it tastes like fish. Which I did NOT enjoy. If you get them, go for the Endera-coated. They're less fishy.
They are supposed to improve mood and function of absorption with your medications.

I just started seeing a Homeopath and she's great!
Apparently homeopathy is all about balance, and they use different things in order balance the body and promote your natural balance to correct itself.
Thing is, the 'treatement' is different for everyone and it comes in stages.
You take one thing that's the main focus (for me it would be rage and violence) and treat that first. Then you move onto the next area of what's wrong and treat that, and so on...
I do highly recomend homeopathy as an alternate treatment if you're into that kinda stuff. Not a naturopath though- they're 2 different things. Homeopathy is a much finer art and takes years of study.
