I thought of this cause ive been having a hard day, and ive found the instant mindfulness thing in this one helpful a couple of times, does anyone know of any others? If you do please reply and I'll edit this post to add them, articles, stuff on youtube, whatever - not so much long-term advice/info anything that can be used right there and then to help with triggered feelings when they happen. ...?
