Change in behavior

So I haven't had a fight with my ex in a week and he is still treating me the same.

I'm ######6 pissed! I am not really nice and relaxed if it isn't going to get me somewhere ###$ that! I want him to not think I am crazy and apologize to me and tell how great I am.

None of this is happening so why the ###$ did I even bother trying it in the first place? Than that other guy I slept with is giving me the cold shoulder and my friend thinks its because I pissed him off at some point? I don't even remember doing that or what it could of been.

I'm so ######6 mad! I just want some positive attention from both!

Maybe you need to work on why you want to get attention from them this way. I'm sorry your boyfriend isn't trying to be understanding, if you're trying to change.
