Excellent idea, janko!

Try something new. Cooking, running. Anything. Get a little momentum going on something outside the darkness. Sounds trite but every little thing helps when you're pulling yourself out of the well.

Janko, l am so glad you are here. These moments when you feel all is lost always pass. Every day holds a promise, no matter how small and tomorrow holds a different promise. l would hate to miss out on the promises of tomorrow.
