Yeah....that is a good idea. However, I am going to wait on that for a bit. I had such a good day yesterday and really want it to continue for the week. I kind of enjoy not thinking of her as much....it's been nice. :)

??? I thought I posted a response...but it did not show up?...hmmmmm

It was kind of funny too....dang! I was making fun of the Jersey Shore's GTL (Gym...Tan....Laundry)....LOL. (not funny if you have never seen the show...but I am getting some chuckles out of it :) )

Anyhoo....
Well...I basically am not going to make that list any time soon, because I dont' think my ex is planning on making any kind of contact...at least not in the near future. During the week...I do fairly well as far as keeping my mind off of her. The weekends are the most difficult. So I will certainly utilize that 'non bpd' thread. I still have some built up anger that I feel I need to release. I might write an 'unsent letter'. I think that would help.
