What did your boyfriend say to you when you told him?; did you tell him specifically that you have BPD? Oh, what are you doing in life too? - School, university? cubo jekyll, you are in a very difficult situation, but there is hope for you. Do not be afraid of your parents though (or adults, in general), because it is most likely adults that you will need to help you.

Hello,

Do not be too harsh on your boyfriend. I believe that he simply does not understand what BPD is and does not understand mental health issues, in general. There are many people in the world like him, but we cannot be angry with them because they do not understand us. He is trying to help in his own way. Anyway, I think that it will be necessary for you to have a serious talk/conversation with your parents about what is happening to you. You have free time now to make things right, so please arrange to have a talk with your parents.

Hmm, are they the type of parents who would ignore this?; or are they a very caring type of parents? Why do you not want to bother them about it? Think about this... ...They are your parents - They created you and it is their moral obligation to care for you while you grow up. You can ignore your boyfriend, because it seems like he is not interested (but that is his own opinion/business).

If you cannot talk to your parents about it, then continue to talk about your problem here, okay? Just express what is inside you, in words.

Take care,
Kevin

Hi again,

It is great/good that your parents are very caring people. Why do you think that they will not be caring for you? I have three older brothers and we have each had big problems in life. My parents have helped all of us though. I think that you need help, cubo jekyll, and that you should at least talk to one of your parents about this. Just tell your mother or father that you are having a problem and that it is scaring you. We are all scared when we have mental health problems, and it's okay to admit to being scared.

Regarding 'wearing the mask', everybody does this. If you go outside now and talk to a person, they will be wearing a 'mask' too. However, most people know one or two other people with whom they can remove their 'mask' and be themselves. You will have to find a person too, with whom you can remove your mask to.

If you think that you can do this by yourself, then you are making a mistake. If you look into the past, were there any indications that you can deal with this yourself? I doubt that you will find any. I made the same mistake that you are making, and I became progressively worse. All you must do is even write an email or letter to your mother or father to say that you feel a little sad lately and would like their help.

Communication - and the way that you do it - is a key element here. You haveto communicate to them what you are feeling, and what you are feeling is sadness. I think that the word 'sadness' says a lot more than the word 'depression', and it makes people look more closely at you.
